Project Description
The project aims to significantly expand the site’s on-site renewable capacity and marks a significant milestone towards the ambition of sourcing 100% renewable energy for the facility’s requirements.

The project will feature more than 30 700 ground-mounted panels with a total capacity of 22 MWp, occupying about 32 ha.
LEGO Group also plans to install 10 080 rooftop solar panels, producing an additional 6.11 MWp of capacity.

Potential Job Creation
More than 1 700 jobs are expected to be created over ten years, with recruitment ongoing.

Capital Expenditure
More than $1.5-billion.
